Susan Mackey
Personal Trainer
Susan has been involved in fitness most of her life-running, cycling, hiking, cross country skiing, and weight lifting are part of her active life. For over 35 years she has taught a variety of aerobic and strength classes. At age 18 she started teaching aerobics and personal training to support her way through college. While raising a family she continued teaching aerobics. Through the years Susan has had her own struggles with weight issues which helps her understand the trials of weight loss and maintenance. In 2019 she decided to recertify as a personal trainer to encourage people in an active and healthy life. Ultimately, helping people reach their fitness goals is what fuels her passion.
Certifications: Susan is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, She is Reebok Spin, and CPR/First aid certified.
Focus: Fitness, Functional training, Sport Specific Training, Women’s Health, and weight loss.

Shanna Peterson
Personal Trainer
Shanna has had a passion for fitness and physical activity her entire life, ranging from school sports, hiking and bow hunting, snowboarding, marathons, and most recently, bodybuilding. While not at the gym helping clients or working out herself, Shanna is a mom, wife and is an Addiction Counselor. Shanna’s body image and weight have been a huge obstacle that she has had to overcome in the past, through education, patience and working with trained professionals. Ultimately, Shanna wants to be the trained professional to help people learn to love their body while allowing for improvements to be made. Shanna is an International Sports Sciences Association Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and CPR/First Aid Certified as well.

Johnna Henricks
Personal Trainer
Johnna has found a home inside the gym since she was five years old. The gym has always been a safe space with a community where she felt like she belonged. Although her personal training journey has just started, she’s been a weightlifting enthusiast and has had a passion for health and fitness her whole life. Mental health and being an advocate for mental health is super important to Johnna as it’s something she has dealt with her entire life. The gym is one of the places where she feels free and at peace. Johnna wants to be the type of trainer that helps everyone find their own path to a healthy lifestyle because it fits into each individual’s life differently! When Johnna’s not in the gym she is either reading, being creative in the kitchen or hanging out with her two fur babies Taz and Kazen watching marvel movies.

Kyle is passionate about Fitness because of his own personal journey. His recovery from an injury sustained while serving our country tested him mentally and physically. Going through rehabilitation and losing weight after being immobile sparked a passion and he has since
received his Personal Training, Nutrition, Tactical Conditioning and Group Instructing to his certifications.
