  • Early Bird Cardio Strength TrainingMondays and Wednesdays - 5:45AM ~ 7:00AM This hour and fifteen-minute class offers a variety of aerobic exercises together with strength and stretching. Step, floor aerobics and other moves are combined with weights, stability ball and floor exercises for an all-around great full-body workout. Instructor – Holly McCamant with Holly McCamantHolly has over 25 years of group exercise and personal training experience. She has taught a wide variety of exercise classes from high-impact aerobics to active-adult exercise classes. She is ACSM certified and has attended numerous other trainings and classes over the years. Holly has a passion for health and wellness and loves teaching classes. She works full time at Community Health Center, is married and has raised six children here in Butte. She enjoys walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, camping, reading, and especially spending time with her four grandchildren. 5:45 am to 7:00 am

All techniques work to develop strength while building muscle endurance, and have fun at the same time. This class is great for all ages and all levels of capability. Add a little yoga on Fridays!     with Jessica HolmesJessica has years of experience and passion for cycling indoor and out. Her love for fitness shows itself in her energetic, fast pace spinning class. Her focus is on high intensity training, circuit cycle, and an overall body workout. She is certified through PCA (Professional Cycle Association.) 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • HIIT CircuitThis workout combines high-intensity cardio with exercises that target your core from every angle. High-intensity circuit training involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout. It alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that promises better weight loss results in less time. Your instructor is Shanna Peterson. with Shanna PetersonShanna Peterson is a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She enjoys a variety of workouts, but favors anything high intensity. Her class will focus is on high intensity training that targets the entire body with modifications available to allow all fitness levels to join. She is ISSA certified as a personal trainer, nutritionist and transformation specialist. Shannon teaches an AB/CORE HITT class on Monday nights at 6:00 PM. 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

    Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that instructors say is primarily an aerobic workout — and it's all about having fun. Few exercise classes have had Zumba's staying power. This dance workout — which looks and sounds more like a dance party — remains a popular go-to for fitness-minded folks around the world. Your instructor is Shelly Christian

    Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!     Full body strength training while keeping heart-rate up. Light weight higher repetitions challenging all muscles including your heart. Exercises alternate upper body and lower to challenge endurance. Learn form on squats, deadlifts, rows, bench Press, lunges, rows, shoulders, abs, glutes, bicep and triceps exercises. Can use no weight, just the bar (5 lbs) or go up to 100lbs. Your instructor is Kyle Ramon.

His recovery from an injury sustained while serving our country tested him mentally and physically. Going through rehabilitation and losing weight after being immobile sparked a passion and he has since received his Personal Training, Nutrition, Tactical Conditioning and Group Instructing to his certifications. 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm
