Functional Fitness Bootcamp

A one-hour, high energy workout combining weights, body-weight movements, gymnastics skills, and other functional exercises. Designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Scaled options are available to accommodate all skill levels, making the class accessible for beginners and challenging for advanced participants. Braydon Heier and Kimm Silk are your instructors.

A great way to get back to the gym!
This class is will strengthen your balance and coordination, work your heart and tone all muscle groups. It can be done sitting like the classic sit and be fit. Your instructor is Lynette Petritz.

HIIT Circuit

HIIT Training

This workout combines high-intensity cardio with exercises that target your core from every angle. High-intensity circuit training involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout. It alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that promises better weight loss results in less time. Your instructor is Susan Mackey.

Wednesdays ~ 6:00PM to 7:00PM in the gym.

Early Bird Cardio Strength Training

This hour and fifteen-minute class offers a variety of aerobic exercises together with strength and stretching. Step, floor aerobics and other moves are combined with weights, stability ball and floor exercises for an all-around great full-body workout. Instructor – Holly McCamant

-This class offers a variety of exercise techniques including aerobics, steps, circuit, and free weights. All techniques work to develop strength while building muscle endurance, and have fun at the same time.
