  • Early Bird Cardio Strength TrainingMondays and Wednesdays - 5:45AM ~ 7:00AM This hour and fifteen-minute class offers a variety of aerobic exercises together with strength and stretching. Step, floor aerobics and other moves are combined with weights, stability ball and floor exercises for an all-around great full-body workout. Instructor – Holly McCamant with Holly McCamantHolly has over 25 years of group exercise and personal training experience. She has taught a wide variety of exercise classes from high-impact aerobics to active-adult exercise classes. She is ACSM certified and has attended numerous other trainings and classes over the years. Holly has a passion for health and wellness and loves teaching classes. She works full time at Community Health Center, is married and has raised six children here in Butte. She enjoys walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, camping, reading, and especially spending time with her four grandchildren. 5:45 am to 7:00 am
  • Variety ClassMonday, Wednesday, and Friday - 8:30AM ~ 9:30AM -This class offers a variety of exercise techniques including aerobics, steps, circuit, and free weights. All techniques work to develop strength while building muscle endurance, and have fun at the same time. This class is great for all ages and all levels of capability. Add a little yoga on Fridays! This class is will strengthen your balance and coordination, work your heart and tone all muscle groups. It can be done sitting like the classic sit and be fit. Your instructor is Lynette Petritz.     Spinning classes offer high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. Your instructor is Sarie Nicholls.

    with Sarie NichollsHi! My name is Sarie, your friendly local spin instructor. I'm a Butte girl through and through, having lived and loved in this little city for most of my life. When I'm not teaching Spin, you can find me training for my next race, or chasing after my dog, Elton. When taking one of my classes you can expect 35-45 minutes of fast-paced fun. I incorporate a variety of movements, I welcome all levels of ability, and strive to make sure all of my riders never take the same class twice. Catch me on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6PM.   • HIIT CircuitThis workout combines high-intensity cardio with exercises that target your core from every angle. High-intensity circuit training involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout. It alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that promises better weight loss results in less time. Your instructor is Susan Mackey. Wednesdays ~ 6:00PM to 7:00PM in the gym. with Susan MackeySusan started teaching fitness classes and personal training in 1980 while attending college and has continued to do so for thirty years, of which the last 23 have been in Butte. She is certified with REEBOK, Idea, YMCA, and currently working toward recertification for Personal Training. She works full time at St. James in the Cancer Center, is a tour leader for Adventure Cycling Association since 2013, enjoys road cycling, mountain biking, skating and cross country skiing, hiking, weight lifting, and being outdoors. 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
