Similar to Les Mills body pump

Full body strength training while keeping heart-rate up. Light weight higher repetitions challenging all muscles including your heart. Exercises alternate upper body and lower to challenge endurance. Learn form on squats, deadlifts, rows, bench Press, lunges, rows, shoulders, abs, glutes, bicep and triceps exercises. Can use no weight, just the bar (5 lbs) or go up to 100lbs. Your instructor is Kyle Ramon.
