Variety Class

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 8:30AM ~ 9:30PM

-This class offers a variety of exercise techniques including aerobics, steps, circuit, and free weights. All techniques work to develop strength while building muscle endurance, and have fun at the same time.
This class is great for all ages and all levels of capability. Add a little yoga on Fridays! Your instructor is Lynette Petritz.
