Lynette Petritz
Lynette has over 30 years of experience teaching fitness programs. She has taken a wide variety of courses and draws on knowledge from them when teaching her variety classes. She has studied the Foundations of Group Fitness, Pilates, Xerball, Rubber Resistance, Yoga Ball, Interval/Circuit Training, Sports Conditioning, Strength Training Instructor, and Creating Choreography. She also has taken Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga workshops. Just recently she completed a 3-day Yoga workshop and was also certified in OULA.
