Similar to Les Mills body pump

Full body strength training while keeping heart-rate up. Light weight higher repetitions challenging all muscles including your heart. Exercises alternate upper body and lower to challenge endurance. Learn form on squats, deadlifts, rows, bench Press, lunges, rows, shoulders, abs, glutes, bicep and triceps exercises. Can use no weight, just the bar (5 lbs) or go up to 100lbs. Your instructor is Kyle Ramon.

This class is will strengthen your balance and coordination, work your heart and tone all muscle groups. It can be done sitting like the classic sit and be fit. Your instructor is Lynette Petritz.

HIIT Circuit

HIIT Training

This workout combines high-intensity cardio with exercises that target your core from every angle. High-intensity circuit training involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout. It alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. The idea is a challenging, total body routine that promises better weight loss results in less time. Your instructor is Shanna Peterson.
